Online Registration Form For Marching Units

 

In order to ensure your place as a marching unit in the Greek Independence Day Mid-Atlantic Parade on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at 2:00 PM, this form must be completed and returned no later than March 14, 2009.  Groups whose forms have not been received by March 1st will  not be placed in the procession and will not receive a listing in the Parade Acknowledgment.  All applications for participation are subject to review by the Greek Independence Day Parade Committee.  Groups who do not abide by the guidelines will not be allowed to march.  All information is required.  Registration is not completed until you received official confirmation from the Greek Independence Day Parade Committee.  Click here to download a PDF version of this form for mailing.
